We offer private HypnoBirthing ® classes to enhance the physical experience of childbirth using easily learned techniques that can be used during labor. This course ensures that you and your birthing partner will feel confident and informed about your journey ahead – without any judgment toward pain management or intervention preferences. While labor is seen as a very physical process, HypnoBirthing® allows you to focus on the emotional and soulful aspects of your childbirth via education, relaxation, breathing techniques, guided visualization, affirmations and meditation.

I struggled to get pregnant with my first daughter and, because I’d been hustling through life, I believe I’d lost connection with myself. At the same time, I was getting my yoga teacher certification and was diving deeper into the mind/body/soul connection. Once I became pregnant, I had to work hard at keeping that connection strong in order to trust my body. I wanted to know what was happening in my body, how and why, throughout pregnancy and birth. This curiosity and a desire to connect deeply to my baby led me to HypnoBirthing. All of this knowledge, as well as my breathing and visualization techniques, made me feel empowered and centered.
Since then I’ve wanted to share this information with as many people as possible so that each may experience a peaceful, calm, connected birth, no matter the circumstances. My yoga, meditation and breathwork experience give me a unique point of view, and I get excited with every new soul I get to help welcome into the world and every new mom I get to build community with.
