Birth to 5K: a training plan designed for new parents to complete a 5K in 8-10 weeks, that safely brings you back into shape, and is custom built to your abilities. Ideal for new parents but open to others starting from scratch. All levels of training available for runners moving past a 5k available as well.

Katy Binder is a running and fitness coach who overcame a resistance to running with a community of support and found a passion for the sport. She has now run countless marathons. Katy met and was encouraged by numerous runners and in turn helps runners achieve goals they never thought possible.
Katy is also a certified endurance running coach through UESCA.
