Ashley Hocutt

I’m a Florida girl, and lover of all things sunny, warm and a little bit humid. I made a brave move to the Northeast for PT school and got my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2008. While taking a study break in the mountains for snowboarding (but mostly in the lodge thawing out my toes),  I met my husband to be. And here I am embracing a NY life.

One thing I get asked often is,

“What made you get into doing this kind of stuff?”

I found my passion for  inspiring confidence in peoples’ private parts after having 2 kids and realizing the “uh-ohs” and “omgs” that go along with it. I know how it feels to go through a life with pelvic pain, constipation, painful periods and even painful sex.  Not just because I guide people to overcome their problems, but because I’ve lived it and said “peace out” to those nasty symptoms!

I’m here to help you through your healing journey. I’m a PT, a coach and a believer that people who pee and poo deserve amazing care and someone to talk to about that private stuff.

I’m a happy wife and mother of two spirited girls. I enjoy finding stillness and strength through yoga, hiking with my family and sipping a glass of rose on my sunny (did I mention I love the warm days) back porch.
